I'm Andy Collis, a Chartered Accountant and fractional CFO. I work alongside business owners, so you're not making the big calls on your own.

Based in Richmond, Tasman. Working across Nelson Tasman and remotely.

OTS stands for On The Side.

It started as my side hustle. Fractional CFO work, on the side. The name stuck, and these days it means something better. I'm on your side.

Running a business is lonely. Part of my job is to be a sounding board. Someone with a commercial view, who will challenge your thinking when it needs it and help turn ideas into plans.

About Andy

I'm a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ, since 2007) with a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from AUT.

Before OTS Projects I worked with several Canterbury businesses on a contract basis. I started OTS in 2023 and now work with businesses across Nelson Tasman and remotely.

I'm a member of the Nelson Tasman Chamber of Commerce.
